I have placed 20+ orders for t-shirts, golf towels and hoodies with them over the years, and any any time I run into an issue, they get all over it. This time there was some sort of glitch in the ordering system, but one of their folks hopped on the chat and we had the order placed within minutes. Keep it up, Custom Ink team, you are doing things right!

You guys were fast and made it very easy. My only complaint is that the transfer is so thick and plasticky, and I wish that you gave the option to position it where you want it to be on the shirt. I think you did a good job of estimating but I might have wanted it a teeny bit lower. But that's my only complaint, everything else is great.
