Ordering was easy, and I appreciated being able to view and update the proof right away. However, the shipping was extremely disappointing. I’ve ordered from Custom Ink multiple times and have never had items arrive in such careless, subpar packaging. To make matters worse, 16 pieces were missing. Thankfully, I ordered extras to keep as backstock—otherwise, this issue would have caused serious problems for my event.
