I previously contacted CustomInk through its website to note that the "Foster Solutions" T-shirt I received already had a stain on it when it was removed from the package. I asked CustomInk when/how they will either replace the product or refund me, and I still have not heard back from customer service. I sent photographs to show the pre-stained garment I received.

The first time I've had trouble, having done several orders in the past. The final products are excellent. Customer service did a good job of completing the order.

The T-shirt printing was not what we wanted. The color was off. There was not gloss on it. We were highly disappointed.

I’m not sure the type of ink that is being used, but it does not adhere to comfort colors and is a faded mess with light wear
