I went to a CustomInk store so I could ask a lot of questions and see some of the shirts in person. The customer service representative was very nice and patient and I felt that the service and quality of the shirts I received was excellent.

I love Custom Ink, starting with incredible customer service. The design tools, the products and options are excellent. This is the first time I recall speaking to customer service where it sounded like they were reading from a script , which was effective though the call took a little longer to confirm details.
