Though I've ordered shirts numerous times from CutomInk over the past few years, this is the 3rd year in a row that I've ordered from you for the bulk order of this event's shirts. I've never received an order packed like this one and was pretty disappointed when it arrived. Generally, the shirts are wrapped together in a plastic wrap, and each is individually tagged with the orange and white Customink logo'd sticker tag. This they were simply thrown together into an oversized logo'd cardboard box, no tags, no plastic wrap. They were disheveled and wrinkled, and without a pre-wash and drying/ironing, look like shirts acquired from the local thrift store. It'll be a hard sell to convince those who purchased these shirts that they are newly made shirts directly from the printers. Not very professional and certainly not encouraging for a repeat order next year. This is also the first time that I had to order 2 separate colors for the same order. Despite the website noting that the shirts be ordered were available in sizes up to 5xl when they were designed, by the time the order was placed, the color was not available in all those sizes. Another color was chosen for the larger size, but then when the review came, it insinuated that all of the shirts would be in the alternate color. When I sent in a question about the appearance of a single color, the response was confusing and indirect, so I simply had to hope the final order would be in the original color. Along with that, the images were much more "plastic-y" and thick than either of the previous years, giving them a very "iron on patch" feel. Though I've had some really great orders with CustomInk in the past, this one certainly has me searching for alternatives for next year as our event is constantly growing larger, and a more reliable source may be in order.

overall good experience and order arrived on time. appreciated the ability to check progress status after ordering until delivered. it was a little confusing figuring out how to order multiple products of the same design (especially to ensure the discount for multiple quantity) but eventually I figured it out. thank you!

Very happy with my stress gators.

While I struggled a little bit to find a hoodie that was available in the color(s) that I was looking for (for a small 2 unit order) I was able to create a great sweatshirt in the end. The art available on the website worked well with what I had envisioned, and I was able to find the right font to match, too. The order arrived ahead of scheduled time and the products looked great.

I'm really enjoying this website! My recent purchase was pretty detailed and unfortunately took 5-6 proofs. I lost track. The first proof was a train wreck. Pretty bad... Colors changed, size changed, location changed, layers changed, badly mis-aligned features, print technique changed... Basically everything... After 5 or 6 calls (I was starting to lose hope) I finally approved the artwork... Oddly enough it was pretty much exactly as I submitted it. With that said, the customer service was outstanding! We eventually got there and the shirts look awesome!! My only other complaint is that the printing was stuck to itself pretty securely when I got the shirts. I was able to carefully pull them apart, but I did end up carefully ironing a couple of shirts inside out to flatten the print. They took a permanent set with the creases. Again - the service was fantastic!
