The team was outstanding; the original graphics i provided where not crisp enough and they called immediately to ask for upgraded files. The files I provided where a bit large for the women's shirt so they where able to resize. This all made for a perfect final product, greatly appreciate their care.

Poor communications, I was contacted about making a change, but no one could till what the change was going to be. Was told I would be sent a proof before printing, none arrived. No confirmation on anything until I contacted you about the order, at that point I was told the order was printed and shipped. The Digital printing is what I am guessing was the change to my order, I am not to impressed with, Looks like a cheep iron on? Since I am forced to answer about ordering again I will say No at this point, but that could change overtime, if the durability of the printing and garments lasts.

Custom ink's customer service was a 20/10. They were extremely helpful in all of my requests, processing PO's in a short time, and even updated my delivery date two days earlier than expected because the shirts were not going to come in time for our event. We also had to add more shirts after our order was placed and it was not an issue! I will definitely be using Custom Ink again! The next thing I will be looking out for is a teacher discount! ;)
