I had a great experience with Custom Ink - I noticed the item I was purchasing was not machine washable and asked for suggestions for alternatives. I was provided an alternative within our price range that was great quality and came out wonderfully! The embroidery was perfect and I loved the suggestions from our designer. I'd absolutely order again.
