company is ok but very dissapointed in the fabric.

Based on the photo provided by the website, I was unsure of how big or how high up the image would print. Customer service was quick to call and ask a few questions, too, which was unexpected and put my mind at ease. The logo is bright and shows better on the T-shirt than on the website. The shirt is a typical t-shirt material and looks good. It arrived a week earlier than expected.

The ordering process was a little tougher. The preview would look one way but when you clicked to open it in a bigger screen, it would look different. I wasn't confident about which one it would really look like. One of the Satisfaction Associates reached out to let me know they were making further adjustments on their end to ensure it looked great. The final product looks fantastic. I thank you for taking the time to review it on your end to ensure I received a great looking product.

I loved everything about choice of items to buy, choice of artwork. I put neck of a bass guitar & low key for a bass player. Looks great & the artwork feels like it is built into the item. Very Happy. Will recommend for Sure

I have ordered before and will order again!

It would be great for feedback and recommendation to be given to the buyer when the ink won't show up properly in person. On the screen it seemed to be perfect, but in actuality the print was not as visible.

Incredibly responsive and helpful support team, great printing and embroidery, fair pricing, and fast shipping! Everything I could want from a custom printer, I have supported Custom Ink a long time and will continue to support, my team loves all their gear!
