I placed an order for 1 2XL shirt but instead was charged for 2 shirts. I only intended to buy one and once I noticed I immediately went to customer service to get this rectified. About 30-40 minutes had transpired between me making the order and contacting customer service. I was told nothing could be done and had to pay extra for a shirt I did not need. I think that is insane with how quickly I had contacted. I would have understood if hours or a day had passed but less than an hour and not be able to cancel the shirt is crazy.
