Custom ink surprised me with how quick I recieved this order! Within just a few hrs I had proofs sent back for me on the embroidery to approve then it immediately went into production and was even delivered EARLY! 10 out of 10 experience for sure!

I was told on three seperate occasions that my branding department declined to approve the design three times. I checked with my branding department and they only declined the design once. I didn't hear back from the Custom Ink rep when I presented this information. The order was placed early September for an event in October. I didn't receive the shirts until November 17.

Overall it was a positive experience with the exception of the two poorly printed versions, they are blurrier than the other two.

Custom Ink has by far the best customer service I have ever dealt with! Not only are their hours super flexible, but the people to talk to are super helpful and give great clarity for any questions you have! Their print quality is alright, our team got a lot of compliments on our shirt design. I can't wait to wear the shirt again!
