Custom Ink has the best customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. My most recent order was a re-order of a design in a different color. However, I forgot to change Spring to Fall. I waived proof approval because I have never had an issue with the design. I discovered the error two days after submitting the order. Not only did Custom Ink reach out immediately, but they also sent a proof for my approval and still delivered the product on time.

Due to the company restructuring, took two weeks to get a response via email. No it is office motivation or anything. Once the order was placed, it sat in limbo for three days, no approval email sent. I had to contact the company and the two took no responsibility for the lack of communication or flow. Needed the shirts on a deadline and received no reassurance the company would express ship the order to keep the deadline they originally promised. I did get the shirts on time, however, the printing was not done correctly. I've ordered multiple times in the past with no problems. Not happy with the chaos and lack of experience from the company this time.
