Online ordering was quick and easy. A few hours after I submitted my order, I realized that I had a higher resolution version of my image that I wanted to use. I hopped onto a chat session with someone in Customer Service who quickly intercepted my order that had already made it to production and facilitated getting my new image to them. Our overall experience with Custom Ink has been absolutely amazing. From start to finish, it was one of the least stressful customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time and that truly meant a lot. At first, I designed a shirt online and wasn’t sure how the logo placement would turn out on a collared shirt. I was a little hesitant to reach out, but I’m so glad I did. Their team responded kindly and worked with me to figure out the exact placement. I even used blue tape on a shirt and sent them a photo to show what I had in mind and they were completely open to it! They went above and beyond by remaking the shirt, and the final result was exactly what I hoped for. What stood out most was how they followed up with me, even when I got busy. It made me feel like they genuinely cared and didn’t forget about me. As a small company, that level of service really matters. It was absolutely worth the time and investment to receive such high-quality products and support. Custom Ink has been a blessing to work with. We couldn’t be happier!
