Where to begin...this was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my lifetime! This was a horrible game of operator, all stemming from your licensing team who really are just a disaster in communicating with our national chapter. Other than us not knowing the logo use guidelines had changed, I spent well over a week begging for proofs, getting the wrong designs, speaking with a number of Inkers including one who said I was her "priority", only to never hear from her again, and finally settling on a design that we didn't want because you insisted the wording, that had nothing to do with the logo, had to go back to National for approvals - which would have delayed our shipment and we were already in jeopardy of missing our deadline because of your nonsense. This all stemmed from your licensing team who got the rules WRONG. If I could have just talked to them directly, or just designed the product myself on the website, my constant calls for a proof could have been avoided. What was probably the simplest custom design you had to do all year became a nightmare. Horrible horrible horrible. I can't say this enough times.

My experience was okay.However, we would have ordered additional items. But we ran into the problem that some of our names are also the names of college athletes. I think there needs to be a better system than just change your image or write to every college and get approval. We could have submitted an official roster from our district with the names of the team or something to that matter.But it was not an option.

Custom Ink does great work on the items you DO receive. However, I have major concerns about the effectiveness of their operation. We have a couple offices in our business that have ordered from them in the last month and they continue to have issues getting everything delivered. In my order, I was lucky and I was only missing 1 item which I ordered 3 sizes of. However, on a different order my fellow office ordered they lost the first package, had to reprint and reship, and when it finally arrived (nearly 3 weeks late due to the issues) they were missing over 15 items still. There is nothing wrong with the quality of their items, but there are major issues with receiving all items you order and with their shipment precesses.
