I liked how there was so many options on, not just hoodies, but T-shirts, hats, and so many other things. It's super straightforward and easy to use, but I would like a little more space to put my designs. Overall a very satisfying experience.

My experience with Custom Ink was overall positive thanks to their great customer service team — they’re responsive and quick to fix any issues. However, I think the quality of the products themselves should be talked about more. It’s clear they care about customers, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to durability and overall product quality.

Multiple shirts from each group had printing errors, shirts were shipped with damage and wrong sizes. Reprints were promptly managed but the reprinted logo is a completely different shade of blue and all of them look faded brand new. Logo placement and sizing was also very different between lots and some logos were upside down or incomplete. I am discouraged from even asking for a third printing as the quality has been getting worse with each shipment. Definitely not worth the value and embarrassing to present these to my parents. Never again.
