We ordered 7 shirts. They all had a design in the middle and a logo on the sleeve. The design in the middle was hit or miss. Some looked like they had white lines and some differed in color. Some were the correct color, and some had a deeper color blue with a slight purple tint. As for the logo on the sleeves, I had placed it closer to the bottom of the sleeve when designing and all the shirts came in having a different placement either completely at the top of the sleeve or the middle and one came with no logo on the sleeve. We've ordered through custom ink only once in the past and had issues with embroidery printing. We ordered women and men polos that came in with different set of colors. This was fixed very easily when I contacted customer service, and I had ordered with enough anticipation just in case anything went wrong, so we were able to get the second patch of shirts on time. This time I don't believe that's an option as I need the shirts by next Thursday.
