Custom Ink let our students down with overly complicated approval systems and customer service representatives unable to think beyond programmed responses. I was misled and my concerns were dismissed at every step of the ordering process, and the end result was poorly printed shirts that likely won't survive a few trips through the laundry. Avoid the frustration of using Custom Ink and support your local printers.

Some of the prints were done over wrinkles in the fabric. A number of shirts arrived with the screen print stuck to the other side, and we had to carefully pull them apart this didn’t seem to damage the shirts. I also tried to add two more shirts to the order just a few minutes after placing it, but after being on hold for over 30 minutes and transferred multiple times, I gave up and wasn’t able to make the add-ons. They were trying to get them to be the same price. Overall, the shirts worked for our event, but the quality control and customer service experience left room for improvement.

The app really helped me with ideas, so much to choose from. Actually the final product was so much better than what I had in my mind b4 starting to customize. It turned out awesome!! Also easy to use which is good cause I'm not creative or tech savvy. Item delivered fast and perfect condition.... will be using again! Thank you!!
