These shirts turned out really nice and cute especially giving that I needed them "rushed". The website is user friendly and I was very happy that if I needed some assistance, they were available immediately. Rather than me having to wait and miss my window, I had the option to speak to a person over the phone or via chat.

Great customer service for designing. I owuld recommend shipping some orders (especially to PO Boxes) in boxes as the Post Office mangles these soft shipping bags causing many deep creases and wrinkles.

I took over for a colleague who left and I was able to use her design and our company account with the help of customer service, making possible a quick order from a non-designer (me) who would not have been able to recreate the design we have used in the past. The hats turned out good, better than my initial shipment of the printed t-shirts. I will say that customers should be given the choice of whether they want digital or screen print and explain the difference. I had to have my t-shirt order redone because of the dullness and lack of crispness on the printed logo. Custom Ink has such a great design dashboard and all the options, it should be clear what the expectations for the final product will be. Even if it's the difference of a dollar or two per shirt to have it screen printed, I would much rather pay for the quality and durability. Despite the hiccup though, your customer service was great and prompt for making the order right which I appreciate.
