Great experience and Cheri was very helpful in making sure my order was correct with both product and pricing.

Fun to do with my daughter, easy to order and ship.

Custom Ink is really easy to use, and I was impressed that they were able to call up a previous order from more than ten years ago and just use that again as the basis for my new order. The live chat allowed me to make a decision about the most economic way to ship.

I really appreciated that the customer service rep contacted me to ensure that my design was correct plus he even gave me suggestions on what they could do to make it better. Many companies would have just let the product go and the customer be unsatisfied with the end result, but not Custom Ink!!

Frustrated I payed so much for the terrible quality i received.

A 1400 dollar order and nothing is right, yall aren't doing well...

It was just ok. Delivery took too long, sizing doesn't seem true. I might order again, but I'm not sure.

I have been a customer with customink for the past 12 years. On my most recent order, I had an issue with what I felt to be a lack of responsiveness from customer service (ie very slow turn around time on getting the second proof back despite multiple attempts on my end to have the issue addressed - it was not at all like my experience with my previous orders where turnaround time was swift) which led to a delay in getting the product on time. I expressed my disappointment with customer service and they remedied the issue to my satisfaction. I’m very happy with the final product and the quality of the shirts.

Custom Ink did a great job with the image applied to the t-shirts.

Custom is was very accommodating and helped get our shirts shipped and perfect is a short amount of time. Customer service was wonderful to chat with. We will definitely order again.
