The customer service and final product were top notch!!

I was extremely happy with the customer service. They gave me honest feedback on my design, ensuring that it would be legible and fit the body well. I love that they include spellchecking! They also offered the additional service (100% worth the extra cost) of adjusting the size of the design to accommodate the wide range of sizes we ordered (from youth XS to adult XL). They communicated that offer, then after they made those adjustments, they sent proofs for me to approve- ensuring I like their proposed adjustments. Also, I REALLY loved the software program you use to create your design. The interface is very easy to use. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would use them again.

Custom Ink made it very easy to customize my product. I could review the proof prior to the product going into production for peace of mind that my logo was correct. On top of that, shipping was super fast! Overall, I had a great experience using Custom Ink!

I had my grandson order the shirt for me as I don’t know if I would have been able do all the size adjustments and colors. I am not that good on computers

I stumbled upon Custom Ink through several Google searches and took a shot; I just needed to get an order of 30 trucker hats printed in a hurry for an event. I uploaded art, got everything in the cart and decided to call to ask about a shipping question I had. The woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and went above an beyond to reorganize my order and save me a bunch of money - she did not have to do that but because she did, and the hats turned out great, I will absolutely use Custom Ink again in the near future.

I was excited to find dayglow, custom, t shirts in quantities that fit the size of my startup my company - i ordered nine and other sites head minimums of twenty five. Unfortunately, the quality of the printing was poor. The solid, color graphic i recieved of my logo is almost see through. If the graphic issue were improved, I would order from custom ink again. Unless I hear from the about fixing this issue, I won't.
