Any interaction I have had with cutomink has been great, very professional and fast. You stand by your product. I have placed numerous orders over the years, and I am not the easiest customer, some of the details i do not like most people would probably overlook but you humored me and corrected what need to be corrected. The Custom Ink service experience was one of the best in my lifetime. It was easy to design six custom designed tees using the website. The follow up was prompt, and the tweaks needed to the design were clearly communicated. After ordering, I needed to change sizes for two of the tees. I was able to make the change in less than five minutes using the chat function. The tees look great! Custom Ink has excellent customer service down pat.
