I really wish this could be made right. I just don't understand how one side was done properly, and the other side wasn't. While creating the shirt on the website, it looked great! But when I received it, the back side logo just looks terrible. Would love help fixing this!

I spoke to the designers and they could not use the material I wanted so no big deal. We discussed what I needed which was an athletic dry fit UPF material. They built a long sleeve cotton t-shirt.

Our group placed our initial order, and Custom Ink came back quickly with a proof of our logo embroidery that was outstanding. The inital order was filled quickly, and we have absolutely no complaints. We then had to place an additional small order, which I was able to do via chat - zero hassle, really great customer service, and once again a super-quick turnaround and quality product. And the price was right for both orders, which for a small non-profit is key. Without a doubt, we won't be using anyone else for our printing and embroidery needs.

Customer rep helped me get the pricing I wanted for the quantity of shirst needed. It would have been more convenient if I could do this myself on the website, but in teh end, I was satisfied.
