Overall, I am very pleased and highly recommend Custom Ink. My purchase came in a timely manner. The only regret is not having a greater selection of prodocts where just one item could be ordered. Sometimes one just fits the bill so that others can see a finished product before ordering that same product. Other than that, I am so very pleased!

I've always had a wonderful experience in the past with Custom Ink, but this order really was subpar from start to finish. Customer service over the phone was not helpful, difficult to understand and wishy-washy on product availability and design capability. After speaking with a couple of agents, we settled on screen printing and chose 5 specific colors for our t-shirts. They arrived early, but ended up being digitally printed which I specifically said we didn't want. We are leaving for a tour, so we can't wait for the t-shirts to be printed again, so we are stuck with these.
