First of all, I love that you named my order "Slothy Speedster" when I had named it "slothtirke." I hope the people who made it for me got as much of a kick out of it as I did. It made me smile when I noticed you took the time to really look at my design and give it it's proper name. The shirt has become my unofficial uniform when I get to trike with my local adaptive sports organization. The only negative is I wish I had know the service charge before I put the item in my cart. That felt a bit hidden. But overall, it was worth it.

Unfortunately the printing was way off. Clearly who ever did it did not check it for quality control.

I wish it would have been better like I said they should have let me see the ending result before delivering. Also I had to make to differnent orders for kids and adult so I do not get to see if the shirts match correctly. Maybe a team member help me find the matching color.

Overall, I'm happy with my experience. My shirts w/ my custom logo turned out awesome. I've has a lot of compliments. My hats on the other hand were very bad. I contacted customer service and they agreed. They are sending additional replacements and making it right. We will see how that goes, but if they turn out like the shirts we will be super happy. Customer service has been on top of it so even though the hats originally didn't turn out ideal, I've got to see how they back their product and try to make it right.
