I've used custom ink for custom shirts as gifts for my wife, my friends, my brother in law, you name it, and every time, I'm always surprise at the quality they're able to produce for a tiny, single-shirt order like mine AND the price point. You’re really paying about as much as you would for a graphic t from the store, but it's fully custom! That's a hard deal to beat.

When there was an issue with licensing, it was impossible for me to get a straight answer about what the problem was and how to fix it. I was not permitted to speak with anyone on the licensing or art team to get further details, and the representatives could not provide me with any further information. I got stock answers, obviously read off of a script, every time I called to resolve the issue. I spoke with a representative before placing my order who assured me that I would not experience the issues I then experienced. The customer service side of this company is terrible. The licensing team should be customer-facing or should provide more details as to why a particular logo cannot be printed. I have used Custom Ink for the past few years, and will be choosing a different company in the future. I'm done dealing with this company.

I used ChatGPT to create a logo for the first time. The logo was sort of a novelty gift/inside joke as my husband's dad tracks all of our travels - including adult grandchildren's trips from beginning to end. We named him our "Family Logistics Supervisor". Because I had created the logo on ChatGPT, the resolution wasn't great. I tried to enlarge using photo editing tools, but was getting a warning on Custom Ink's site that the image was too small and might be pixelated. I called customer service, was helped immediately and assured that the team had taken care of it, and it would look great. The Jacket arrived well in advance of quoted delivery date, and our dad loves it!
