Custom Ink's default "screener" for image content originally kicked out my order because it contained an image. After reading through their content guide, my image did not violate any of the items and I reached out to Customer Care who did an amazing job at reinstating my order and ensuring I received it on a TIGHT turnaround time - the order was then handled on a rush priority and I received it even before I expected to. Excellent customer service.
