Custom Ink is great to work with and I’m looking forward to my next customized apparel order.

There were a lot of products to choose from. I was not limited to just a few offerings. The design process was easy to navigate and very user-friendly. I will definitely order from Custon Ink again.

We used Fundraising for this order and the time was almost twice as long to get delivery and it didn't arrive with names and sizes on the packing slip. I checked the website and looked to find the sizes and can't find it anywhere. It's been very annoying and I would not use the Fundraising option again.

Would liked to have had a choice of a 100% cotton shirt with cuffed sleeves.

The process was easy and the quality of the design was solid but the color was off a little bit from what I saw online.

Having never used this company before I can say I was very pleased, as a new business owner looking for branded apparel that was high quality and a fast turn around time. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Will be ordering again

The overall process was great! Since I designed my logo myself, I really appreciated their designers looking it over to make sure it would print nicely. The shirts arrive a week ahead of the predicted date!

The design process was easy, I just wish the two products were ordered were printed the same way so they would match better.

I’ve been using custom ink for many years. They’ve streamlined the proofing step. They no longer contact you with finished proofs before shipping. I wish they would go back to the way they used to do it. Also. It’s time to update the art. It’s the same art for the last 15 years. Other than that. Smooth sailing. I will continue to use them.
