Good experience with Custom Ink. Good communication with me until we got the uploaded design just right. I have ordered several times in the past. My only complaint is that free shipping does not include Hawaii, where we live. I just have the shirts delivered to my daughter's address in Las Vegas, and pick them up on my annual trip there. If you could give Hawaii a break on shipping, we would probably order more often.

The website was very easy to navigate and there are many options available to design/customize the artwork to your liking. There are also features that help with centering the artwork (if desired) on the shirt which is extremely helpful.

There is not enough time or space to write everything that went wrong with this order. I called the company 13 times (I have it documented and saved in my phone) and emailed at least a dozen times (also documented proof) since March 26th to get my t-shirts ordered. I have several emails with no response from your company. The very first issue began with my very first conversation with Nicole Welton. I specifically told her I wanted one side ordering, the name of my school and student signatures on the shirts. Also wanted to keep the price around $11 each. The very first mock up she sent me was front and back at $14 and some change each. Once I got that straightened out I kept getting emails saying there was a problem with the order. My purchase order kept getting kicked back as not being a purchase order. This is the same purchase order form we used LAST YEAR to order shirts with no problems. I was told it wasn't a purchase order form. If anyone would have bothered to continue reading the form instead of just the heading, they would know the middle portion said it was a purchase order and also gave the check number for the check that had already been mailed. Dealt with this issue SIX times. Spoke with a lady I could barely understand who told me that she could not fit the names in the "5" on my shirts. She said the art design team would have to do that and kept insisting I give her my credit card numbers so she could charge me an extra $25 for the art team to work on my image. Spoke with someone named Rob in Internal Sales who SWORE to me he would call me back with information. We (my book keeper and I) both told him you guys never call back. He PROMISED. Nope. Never heard back from him at all. Talked with someone from inbound sales who said he approved the purchase order (didn't get his name). Two days later, nope. Email still says we have the same problem. Finally get everything straight thanks to Kendall. My order arrived on Friday. I opened it today and now I am missing one shirt. Your company has the worst competency and customer service and we will never do business with Custom Ink again. You better believe I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know.
