There was a concern about the contrast between the shirt and image colors that delayed the printing of the shirts. The email came within a day of ordering but I didn’t see it until a few days before I needed them for an event. The Customer Service team rushed the order and got it to me in time. I am pleased and impressed with their efforts and friendliness.

The product turned out well. The CustomInk team's outreach out use of a licensed institution name was a little frustrating; I received a long, somewhat confusing email requesting more information, some of which was ultimately irrelevant / not needed. Maybe the trademark and licensing team should create a survey form to collect some of this information when necessary?

I had some issues with part of my logo (the design was described as transparent but wasn't ACTUALLY transparent). The designer was able to get that fixed up for me.

The ordering process was easy to master. After I ordered for our group I was notified that there could be an issue with our logo. A call to the number provided concluded that the logo was fine. Looks great on all the colors we ordered.
