The Comfort Colors shirt itself was of good quality and was delivered ahead of schedule, but the printing was not placed in the right location on the shirt, had rough edges, and looked plasticky. Would not order again.

I thought this was going to be embroidered. It's a little confusing to tell what is and is not going to be embroidered from looking on the site. It's on me, and I only wanted one cap, but still frustrating.

Everything was how I made it, they even helped me fix a minor error in my design and were easy to contact(with multiple ways to contact) about questions. Size was good and so was the shipping.
