The Custom Ink team worked with me after an order I placed wasn't what I was expecting in terms of fit & printing. Multiple team members helped make sure my products were redone with care and to the specifications I was looking for in terms of sizing & fit. Really glad it worked out! Would definitely recommend to friends, good customer service seems hard to find these days and the Custom Ink team really went above and beyond here.

Very very frustrating experience. Absolutely ridiculous how much back and forth it took to get the design I wanted printed, and even then, the colors of the sweatshirts are inconsistent. Customer service is incredible helpful and communicative, but that doesn't make up for the subpar products.

Well, I love how smoothly this worked. It was my own design, I used the tools they provided, and I had ample opportunities to correct and double-check what I wanted before placing the order. For a two shirt order it was produced remarkably quickly, arrived sooner than expected and the shirt looks and feels exactly how I want. Any flaws there? I don't think so! Thank you Custom Ink
