My experience working with Custom Ink to deisgn a custom embroidered hat was excellent. The team was very responsive. They were able to take my picture and turn it into a high quality design within minutes. Once they had the first proof of the embroidery they were able to make small updates within minutes as well. The emboridery on the hats looks exactly like the designs shared and it is high quality. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work and the customer experience. I will absolutely work with Custome Ink again in the future.

Overall, great experience. I am generally not very good at navigating sites like this. This one though could not have been easier. Also wanted to make one change when they sent for review and they did it without any issue. Shirts are very comfortable. I would definitely order and use them again. Really really easy to deal with.
