Excellent customer service! I had a shipping issue (my fault - address entered wrong) and they reached out immediately to help. K had multiple orders and they made sure it arrived on time despite my error.

Where to begin...this was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my lifetime! This was a horrible game of operator, all stemming from your licensing team who really are just a disaster in communicating with our national chapter. Other than us not knowing the logo use guidelines had changed, I spent well over a week begging for proofs, getting the wrong designs, speaking with a number of Inkers including one who said I was her "priority", only to never hear from her again, and finally settling on a design that we didn't want because you insisted the wording, that had nothing to do with the logo, had to go back to National for approvals - which would have delayed our shipment and we were already in jeopardy of missing our deadline because of your nonsense. This all stemmed from your licensing team who got the rules WRONG. If I could have just talked to them directly, or just designed the product myself on the website, my constant calls for a proof could have been avoided. What was probably the simplest custom design you had to do all year became a nightmare. Horrible horrible horrible. I can't say this enough times.

Super happy that they were able to remove the background as requested so the logo became a transparent image! Very grateful for the help with the logo work! Great customer service.
