The design process was easy and intuitive. The quality of the books we ordered with the custom logo was excellent. The package arrived on time but with some damage to the materials inside.

I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived early which was great but the quality of the printing was poor and overpriced.

Had quick and helpful interactions with the employees and artists. I wish the screen printing was proportional to the size of the shirt and had a couple prints that look slightly slanted. But definitely a great business to use

My overall experience with Custom Ink has been good. It's a little bit of a you get what you pay for when it comes to the products but the customer service has been excellent and they are quick to make corrections if product or customer service isn't on point.
