I’m happy with the printing of my original drawn design. Unfortunately communicating with the Custom Ink agent I repeatedly asked to have the logo moved closer to the center. When it arrived it remained far to the left so the left arm obstructs some of the design. That’s disappointing, not the end of the world but it’s disappointing particularly since I stressed it multiple times

They were very helpful and reviewed and made sure to double check all sizes and info prior to completing the order. They also sent proofs prior to starting production then were shipped and received in a timely manner.

Highly disappointed. The shirts were ordered as a gift for a first grade class to wear on field day. The custom design was carefully proofed and approved. The final image unfortunately had a long black line along the entire side of the image by the alligator. They look unprofessional, unpolished, amateurish. Honestly, I'm embarrassed to hand these out. Especially after having spent over $600! This is horrible and I will be recommending no one I know use Custom Ink in the future!

I could not believe that ordering a custom sweatshirt could be so easy! Website made designing and specifying straightforward. Delivery was prompt and the finished product outstanding! Although I ordered a single shirt for myself I will pass the word to all my friends. I am sure you will be getting more orders from the silver seniors.
