I wish the quality of the prints was better. I won't use this site again for the specific kind of image I had printed onto t-shirt gifts, but if it was simply text I'd definitely order again!

Overall great experience from start to finish. Easy to order online, and easy to add or make changes via chat. Outside of the smudged lettering and what looks to be some dirt or satins on a few of the hoodies, everything was great.

Rachel Russell was absolutely fabulous to work with! She is quick to respond and take action. Her customer service was exceptional. She would be the reason I would consider utilizing CustomInk in the future. However, I can't confidently say we will use CustomInk in the future due to the multiple UPS shipping errors and zero accountability for the carrier.

The team was very helpful with the artwork questions that I had. I should have extended their expertise to help with product fit recommendations. What looks like a very nice design was ruined by the terrible fit of the product we put it on.
