Custom Ink's ability for me to upload or create our own unique logo, alter colors, sizes and the selection of different products to choose from make using their service a "no brainer". I love the design tool and ability to create things with low minimum ordres.

I had some problems designing font style and sizing for the printing on the shirt, but I called support, and they quickly got me on the right track. I ended up with two shirt designs I really like. The cost seems a bit high, but I guess not bad for one-of-a-kind items. Support also helped me get my "first time" discount, although I could only use it on one of the two shirts. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

We’ve had problems with our last two orders. The first one was rectified and I’m hoping this most recent one will be too, but it’s a hassle to have to go through customer service to get things resolved. And then wait even longer for your products.

There definitely be more "explanation" on the type of print a person is designing/ordering. Make it clear to the customer it will not be a professional print, unless there is an option to request such a product.
