There was an issue with getting our fundraiser up and running. I had zero luck with the first two customer service representatives. I was super frustrated. Then I got Courtney. She was amazing!! She figured out what was wrong and got us up and running.

Custom Ink is super easy to work with and does a great job at reviewing your designs. I wasn't impressed with the actual tank though and was very disappointed in that particular product as it did not perform as expected.
