Custom Ink is fantastic. The quality of what I ordered far surpassed the previous business I tried. The selection of T-shirts is incredible, and the graphics are absolutely top notch. I'm thrilled with my order and will continue to use Custom Ink for my future projects. The only suggestion I have is to allow users the ability to use custom colors for fonts.

Even though it was an order for only one shirt, this was treated just as if it had been an order for 100. The shirt is high quality, fits properly and the custom graphic looks as good as I had hoped. The website does a pretty good job of helping you visualize your design on their shirts, although it could be a bit better organized. It could be a little easier to figure out the price of your order, for example, but not the end of the world either. The shirt arrived sooner than expected, and looks great. This was not the first time I used Custom ink and won't be the last.

Service was delayed. Delivery reached late. Team entered wrong address complicating delivery. Website was slow to update and showed conflicting messages (that the design did not get approval. But also that it was under review). Support did not know what was going on. It is very easy to talk to support and the people are fairly helpful (although the whole process is clunky). But being on call for hours to process a simple t shirt order is a little absurd.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The ordering process was easy, the design tools were user-friendly, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The shirts arrived on time, looked exactly as expected, and the print quality was excellent.
