Despite telling a Custom Ink representative that an order I had made previously was the same exact design, style, and printing method, my request was still ignored upon the shirts arriving with the incorrect printing method I had requested.

I was disappointed that the sales associate confirmed that my order would be screen printed, only to have it arrive as a heat transfer graphic. It feels like he lied to me to make the sale. I do appreciate that you can get on the phone with associates to confirm your graphic, but that didn't end up fully working for me. I also recieved one item that was just blank - no printing at all on it.
