I had a great experience with this company, and especially with Taylor, who I worked with directly. She was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I ended up needing to have my entire shirt order redone because the color shown online didn’t match what was received due to lighting differences. Taylor handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and care. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. Custom ink was overall very great, especially when I needed a shirt in a pinch. It’s fairly pricey if you’re trying to order only one item, especially after taxes and shipping, but it’s better than I could do myself and gets the job done. The only complaint I have is in changing colors of the shirt while designing, or changing the font type and size. The menus were very clunky to work with and involved a lot of deleting and re-adding to try and trigger the right menus.
