I will never order from here again. For 15 products (which ended up being 12 products), I think I had to exchange 100+ emails, and I had to follow up multiple times. I left 3 voicemails with different departments/people and never received a call back. I hate this company.

Great customer service. They reached out suggesting we use a different color shirt for the graphic design that we chose. Other companies would have just printed what we ordered and sent out a shirt with low resolution, or running//blurry colors. Custom ink went above and beyond keeping me updated with the color change, the shipping, and delivery. Great communication, we will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you!!
