I love working with our rep, Tyler Bryant. He is quick and reliable, and I appreciate how easy that makes it to order several different items/orders!

We were overall satisfied with the ease of use for the website, ordering process, customers service, order communication and speed of order. We were slightly disappointed about the quality of printing on the t-shirts. (Sweatshirts were much more consistent.) Due to the deadline of when needed them and the overall level of seriousness of the shirts, it was not worth it to follow up about getting some replaced. It may sway my decision in the future though.

The live chat option is great! They were super helpful both times I needed assistance. The only issue I had was there was a small overlap on the print and the words that wasn't on the design. The paw print and letters touch/overlap in two places.

Shirts were printed very nicely just as we ordered and we received them quickly

I am always happy with the quality of the items I order from Custom Ink but the customer service is unreliable. Not getting licensing approved on one product (bags), while approving the same design on another (t-shirt), especially when placed at the same time caused some unnecessary frustration. And then speaking to customer service and not having them resolve the issue, has made me hesitant about ordering anything time-sensitive again.
