Overall, I had a great experience with Custom Ink. The ordering process was straightforward, the design tools were easy to use, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful. The shirts arrived on time, the print quality exceeded expectations, and the finished product looked exactly as approved. I would definitely use Custom Ink again for future group events and custom apparel.

When I called Customer Service and spoke to Cindy, I was very unhappy with the quality of the artwork as changes were made that were very poor. Cindy got me new sweatshirts ordered with my original design, and now I’m a very happy camper. Thank you Cindy!

This was the single best custom t-shirt print job I've ever had and I've had quite a few while operating a small business, extremely satisfied. The team did everything they said and hit all deadlines. Glad i found Custom Ink.

The website was extremely easy to use. I liked that I could size my logo and printing and see what it would look like on the shirt. After placing the order there was good communication on the status of my order and what to expect as it was processed. It was delivered on time, and I had several different sizes and kinds of shirts, so I was very happy that they were able to fill and ship the order with no mistakes. Great job I highly recommend.

If there are file formats that don’t work with your printing, you need to put that on your website. I’m very unhappy with the printing.
