If there are file formats that don’t work with your printing, you need to put that on your website. I’m very unhappy with the printing.

Every time I've used Custom Ink, the customer service team has gone above and beyond to help and answer all the questions I've had. They have always been incredible to work with. In the past they've replaced and overnighted an order that the shipping company lost, without charging me. The quality has always been great and they've really made it so seamless to order for groups with the group order form. Ordering 60 shirts for our family reunion was dreamily easy without me having to collect sizes or money from people. An awesome company all around.

I chose Custom Ink as opposed to another site based on ease of website use! Ordering for a large family reunion, trying to get the same color/style of shirt in sizes for kids and adults was super easy. I like how when you choose a color you can see a chart of which colors are available in which sizes. Thanks for making it easy on me!

The sublimation was crisp. Can’t speak highly enough about the quality of the print. And it was a fast turnaround. The communication on its progress was spotty. There were no real updates except for one personal email from a rep, and that may only have been because I reached out to them first on a different matter. It seems to me if I hadn’t had that communication I would have simply received the emailed receipt and then the package would arrive 8-10 days later. Which is not the worst thing, but when spending several hundred dollars at once I’d like just a little more reassurance. Custom Ink could use some automated logistics tracking and communication to help maintain trust, but in the end it all worked out anyway.
