Client service was amazing, and for the amount I paid, the T-shirts arrived on time. I was charged shipment per t-shirt in separate orders regardless of the fact that it was actually the same order for 5 t-shirts with the same front and different back, was unable to do it any different, web page not really helpful.

The PO option was a challenge. I didn't see clear requirements of what needed to be included on the PO. This caused delays in getting it processed and nearly resulted in a late delivery.
