I have used Custom Ink several times. I am so sorry AI is used now. Took me quite awhile to speak to a person. Ai hung up on me. I would give better overall scores and would recommend you if a friendly person answered the phone. I don't know if I will use y'all again

It was a good experience. My experience with the call center was ok and everything turned out well but I think that I should have waited and called during the week and normal business hours.
