Overall, I have had excellent experiences ordering (and reordering) shirts. Based on the couple of times Ive talked with them, customer service is excellent. The product is top notch.
I buy T shirts for a merch table, and I would LOVE if I could get this shipped prefolded, even if it cost more :)
