My final product was disappointing. The image and text is not sharp or vibrant. If I were to order from them again, I would speak directly to a representative rather than doing it on my own.

Overall great experience but I feel the digital printing is best for light vs heavy design / image. I've used Custom Ink in the past for one off office shirts for a small group and have had a good experience.

CustomInk shipping was a day later than the expected 2 week delivery guarantee. Additionally, one of the tote bags had the pocket sewn backwards and another one had lint on it.
