My overall experience with Custom Ink was good. The t-shirt design came out exactly as I ordered, and I appreciate the care put into the artwork. However, I was expecting the same t-shirt and print quality as my previous order from four years ago. That design felt embedded into the shirt and held up well after many washes. This order looked nice, but the quality did not feel as durable as I expected.

I have purchased several items from Custom Ink and overall very happy with my purchases. But not this port authority shirt. For the price it was not worth because it’s basically trash and a waste of money.

We had a great experience! We were all over the place with the design etc. It kept us pretty organized and in the end with very little hassle we had a great looking t shirt that we designed the art for and uploaded to Custom Ink.
