Custom Ink was easy to use, and the website made the design and ordering process very straightforward. The delivered products turned out great, and overall I was happy with the quality and experience. My only wish is that the setup fees for hats were a little more affordable, especially for smaller orders. Otherwise, I had a positive experience and would consider ordering again.

When I got my order, the color of the shirt did not match the color of the proof online. The result was that my logo blended into the shirt and could barely been seen. I reached out and let customer service know and they changed the color of the shirt and replaced my order. It means a lot to me that they stood behind their product.
