Getting a custom print done on the website is a breeze, and the option of expedited shipping is great for procrastinators like me who do things at the last minute. The ability to accept graphics in vector format ('.svg' files) is really optimum because it guarantees that your design will be accurate with no scaling artifacts. And no waiting for a shipment from China either...

I will not use again

Overall, my experience has been perfect! My special needs daughter will be attending a summer camp soon and I wanted a shirt that basically let other campers know that she has different needs and the hope is to help with her inclusion. This whole process was super easy and the shirt turned out perfect. I will be having more made!

Custom Ink did a great job on our T shirts we are selling to our school staff this August. So many choices of shirts, colors and options. The website is user friendly and easily upload photos or designs. I used the chat to inquire about our order and they were friendly and helpful. One of my shirts had some extra printing on it(I think I may have forgotten to remove the sample print) and customer service was quick to replace my shirt. We are looking forward to doing our fundraisers with Custom Ink this fall. I would highly recommend.

The customer human service was the best ever. I will tell everyone I know how impressed I was with the service. They sacrificed for me and this type of commitment to the customer today is almost unheard of. same as above, So I would say the shirts and stuff came out great, but we did run into some issues, so I had ordered these exact same shirts before but reopened the group order again for some more people to order them, last time we did have an issue with copyright or somthing like that but last time they sent an email asking me to resolve this time it was 2 weeks since I pressed the close group order and ordered and not a single email even though you said you woudl email if you had any issue, finnaly i called and had to wait almost 1 hour for someone to finnaly resolve, this was annoying especially with no emails and your online live chat not working.
